Very dissapointed.Unable to give a review. Installed the software onto a laptop. Tried to learn the software but then the laptop went bad had to uninstall the software and send the laptop back. Now we are unable to access the download file to download the software onto another computer.

Not a very good representation for Brother. When you pay that type of money for a machine and then you can't even get access to the software you need to use the machine. That's not good. Very disappointed with Brother right now.
