Apply Trace Settings from the auto-setting function were being applied but not updated to the OTDRbutton display. When accelerate OTDR Trace was set to 'Instant',1 second was being added to the traces acquisitionstime.

Customer ID 01121301: Imported traces resolution was rounded causing an incorrect end tracelength which caused an error as it read data points past length of the trace. Customer ID 09121301: Traces exported to Belcore format had excessive dB/km values for fibrespans in the event header table. Traces imported from Belcore format were not registering the correct range setting in some cases. Traces imported from Belcore format backscatter was set by default to -80db, application now correctlycopies imported trace value. Button display wasn't showing current set IOR. Rebuilt user interface to modern look and feel.

Removed background OTDR image to increase working monitor space. Added ability to import and export Belcore GR-196 and SR-4731 traces from OTDR Emulator. Changed the internal trace storage format from proprietary to Belcore SR4731 format with vendor specificattributes. Removed PDF report generation features to reduce application size to better deploy as a web enabledtool. Reinstated the free web deployed version reduced to 300Kbs and added to the web site.
